Joyce Rumack is a sensitive and versatile artist. She has worked in oil, Acrylic, watercolor, mixed media, and sculpted in stone. Joyce taught drawing and paintings in the public and private school systems for over 12 years. She received special recognition as an art teacher both in the grammar school and high school levels. Most of Joyce's inspiration has come from her travels. She usually works from her own photos and memories as soon as possible, after returning home. She says it gives he a sense of "completing the journey". Aside from family, painting, and traveling, Joyce loves music. She attends many Jazz festivals near home and abroad. "The musicians I paint are usually from the photos I take while listening and watching their performances." Many of Joyce's award winning paintings and sculptures are in private collections in the U.S. and Europe. She has had her work displayed in many public institutions and galleries throughout Southern California.

Reinhard Teichmann
Reinhard Teichmann was born and raised in Germany and
received his PhD in Hispanic Languages and Literatures at
UCLA, after which he taught Spanish and Hispanic Culture and
Literature at UCLA, UCSB and California Lutheran University.
Outside of academia, he has always been engaged creatively as
a musician , writer, actor, and since his retirement in 2009, as a
painter. He is a fervent believer that creative activity is
Essentials for mental Elath and Keeling one’s spirit forever
young. He paints figures that are inspired by his experiences
living in Mexico, as well as pure abstracts inspired by Rock,
which he listens to while painting.
